Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee specific time slots.
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All prices are quoted before service begins. Additional services requested during an appointment may result in adjusted pricing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss resolution options.
Our guarantee covers workmanship issues but does not cover problems resulting from extreme weather conditions, pre-existing plant health issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our team and equipment. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any potential hazards are identified before our arrival.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not properly marked or disclosed before service begins.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Green Solution is not liable for damage to irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other items not visible or disclosed before service.
Any known irrigation heads, utility lines, or other vulnerable features should be clearly marked before our arrival.
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather that would prevent safe or effective service delivery. We will contact you to reschedule if weather conditions require postponement.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Green Solution and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Green Solution.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Green Solution.
Green Solution has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Green Solution shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
